I have over 20 years of finance, business, immigration and real estate experience! My passion is helping people realize their goals and dreams by developing their objectives into specific action plans and strategies.  My over 20 years of extensive experience in the service industry, that includes financial and immigration advisory services, has helped me develop a keen sense of empathy and understanding of different cultures.  I am fortunate to have worked with people from different walks and stages of life and proud to have touched and made a positive difference in their lives.  I strongly believe that by being an instrument in uplifting other people’s lives, you also elevate your life.  I was born into a poor family with parents who did not go to school, which made me appreciate the value of education and hard work. I am a self-starter go-getter kinda’ girl.  I love to travel, camp and experience new things.  I am a problem solver, dependable, creative and resourceful.  In my spare time I love to cook, sing, craft and make beautiful things out of simple materials.  I also volunteer my time in helping newcomers to Metro Vancouver to establish themselves and settle in to their new environment.  I have a Masters and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.  I have completed several courses in Investment, Financial and Retirement Planning and have helped a lot of people achieve their dream of owning a home through home financing and financial planning. I completed my Real Estate Trading Services course from Sauder School of Business University of British Columbia.
